    Add a Leadership Component to Your Business Degree

    The minor in management is only available to business majors in the Eberly College of Business and Information Technology. The 15-credit minor builds upon the business foundation you’ve built in your major.

    Required Courses:

    • ELR 480: Principles and Practices of Collective Bargaining 
    • MGMT 300: Human Resource Management 
    • MGMT 401: Management Development and Training 

    Two Courses from the Following:

    • ECON 330: Labor Economics 
    • MGMT 402: Seminar in Human Resource Management
    • SAFE 101: Introduction to Occupational Safety and Health

    Minor course requirements must be completed with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0.
