Pittsburgh’s Funny Guy

October 15, 2010—Jim Krenn ’83 recently sat down for an interview with Katy Gresh ’02 to talk about how he came to sit behind the microphone at WDVE, the characters he brings to his show, his charity work, and his pets. Krenn’s affection for IUP came through loud and clear, as did the creation of a new character who will sound familiar to anyone who has spent time in Indiana. The interview is a personal look at a man who has been helping hundreds of thousands of listeners wake up each morning for more than twenty years.
