Can you spell “unforgettable?” The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee has charmed audiences across the country with its effortless wit and humor.

It tells of six awkward spelling champions that are in the competition of a lifetime where only one speller leaves victorious.

William Finn and Rachel Sheinkin brought The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee to life. Finn created the music and lyrics, while Sheinkin wrote the book. The hit musical was moved Off-Broadway to the Second Stage Theatre, where it enjoyed critical and box-office success. It then premiered on Broadway at the Circle in the Square Theatre.

The play is directed by Rob Gretta, with musical direction by Oliver Lo.

The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee is suitable for ages 10 and up and has participation in spelling from the audience.
