This exhibit runs from September 9 through December 9.

University Museum Hours: 2:00–6:00 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; 12:00–7:30 p.m. Thursday; 12:00–4:00 p.m. Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Concert: Jazz Band and Jazz Ensemble

The IUP Jazz Band, directed by Dr. James Flowers, and the IUP Jazz Ensemble, led by Dr. Kevin Eisensmith, present their annual Fall concert.  Featured will be jazz standards for little big band and big band.  This concert is free and open to the general public.

Recital: IUP Trumpet Studio

Members of the IUP Trumpet Studio perform duets and works for solo trumpet and piano.  This recital is free and open to the general public.

Recital: IUP Trumpet Ensemble

The IUP Trumpet Ensemble performs works for groups of trumpets ranging from 4 to 20.  Featured will be the music of Verdi, Tchaikovsky, Morales, and others.  This recital is free and open to the general public.

Concert: Student Brass Quintets

The Freshman, Sophomore and Junior (Clean Slate) Brass Quintets will perform standard repertoire for the brass quintet, along with selections for the season.  This recital is free and open to the general public.

Concert: HoodleBug Brass Quintet

DiCicco Hall, Room 121 Cogswell Hall

The HoodleBug Brass is the brass quintet-in-residence at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is comprised of the four full-time brass faculty within the Department of Music and the Assistant Dean of the College of Fine Arts.  The ensemble performs regularly on the IUP campus and presents numerous clinics and concerts in public schools and churches throughout the region each year. The HoodleBug Brass will perform works by Ewald and Reskin,  along with selections for the season.  This recital is free and open to the general public.
