  • Ihelp is used across the university for IT-related issues. Below are some of the key aspects of how calls are routed through the ihelp ticketing service.

    Centralized Service

    In an attempt to provide the quickest and most efficient service, the IT Support Center handles or triages all ihelp tickets. By allowing the IT Support Center central management of tickets, associated IT groups are allowed to focus on relevant issues to their college and area.
