Submit a Ticket

  • You can use ihelp to submit requests for technological assistance. You will need to know your network credentials in order to log in. If you are not able to log in, you are encouraged to use the Alternate Emergency Request for Assistance, which can be found on the menu for this page.

    How to Submit a Ticket

    1. Log in to with your network credentials.
    2. Click Add on the top left-hand side.
    3. Type in your information as requested, including your reason for the request.
    4. Click Submit.
