D2L provides 24x7 support for course related questions and issues.

For phone assistance, contact D2L at 1-866-840-1549.

D2L's online helpdesk service is available at any time by clicking on the "Get Help" button on the lower right side of any D2L screen.

Click on the "I have a different question" button to begin a chat session with the chatbot.

Ask your question to start the session.  The chatbot tries to match items from D2L's knowledge base and will display articles that may answer your question.  If you are not getting the answers you need, there will be two additional buttons that appear on the screen.

Click on Contact Support to get additional contact information.

  • The three options are
    • "Call us" to get the phone number to call as listed above.
    • "Email us" to send an email to D2L from the dialog box.
    • "Chat with us" button.
