Thanks to a partnership between the Administration and Finance Division and the Academic Affairs Division, IUP has joined an optional Pennsylvania State System agreement that permits IUP and its employees to obtain licenses for Adobe Creative Cloud. Adobe
has also made special exceptions during the pandemic to also allow students to access Adobe on a temporary basis.
Please complete the following steps to access the Adobe downloads. This will only be available until July 6, 2020.
This agreement permits installation of these products on all IUP-owned PCs, as well as providing IUP employees the ability to install Adobe on their own computers. For employees, the software is available at no charge via this agreement. This agreement
does NOT extend to students and their computers.
If your current license has expired or this is the first time you wish to get Adobe, please contact the IT Support Center by logging a ticket via ihelp.iup.edu. If you previously
received licensing from the IT Support Center, and the licensing has expired, you need to cancel that licensing agreement with Adobe so you are no longer charged for the previous license.
In this ticket, you should ask to be provisioned for the software. The IT Support Center will provision your account with Adobe and will send you instructions for installing the software or for renewing your license.
