Introduction to Zoom

Synchronous software is a means of communication as well as collaboration for online or face to face courses.

Zoom is the university's supported online meeting tool. Zoom is amodern enterprise video communications, with a secure, easy platform for video and audio conferencing.This workshop will introduce participants to installing, settings, creating meetings, and screen sharing with Zoom.

Additional information can be found through the Getting Started section of the Zoom support site for tutorials and frequently asked questions. You can access Zoom, by going to and log in with your IUP username and password.
