Use the below form to request reservations of space in housing buildings this summer. Once you submit the form someone will contact you within one business day about your reservation.
Housing reserves the right to refuse any request. Each request will be considered individually. Before filling out this form, make sure you have read our policy on the use and scheduling of public space.
There are three rooms available for summer. The only room available for summer is the multipurpose rooms in Ruddock Hall G12. This room has a multimedia podium and projector as well as enough seating for at least 40 people. It is available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Be advised that,; due to camps and conferences, there will be times when this space will be unavailable during the summer.
If you are a faculty member or full-time staff member, your I-Card should be programmed for the electronic lock in all Living-Learning spaces in this building and also allow you access to the front entrances of Ruddock Hall. If you have any special needs, specify in Additional Information.
