Sigma Gamma Epsilon
Sigma Gamma Epsilon, a national honorary society for the Earth Sciences, has as its objective the scholastic and scientific advancement of its members. The society initiates qualified students during both Fall and Spring semesters and annually presents the W.A. Tarr Award to the outstanding graduating senior in the Earth Sciences. The society also sponsors guest lecturers and conducts tutorial sessions for the introductory Earth Science and Geology courses.
Geoscience Club
The Geoscience Club organizes the departmental tutors, our annual Rock and Mineral Sale, and trips to various lectures, museums, and locations of geological interest.
