Board of Governors Scholarships
Board of Governors Scholarships are awarded each year to academically talented freshman students from Pennsylvania who have demonstrated high academic achievement.
Board of Governors Scholarships are awarded through the Promising Scholars program, a program that promotes access for high-achieving underrepresented and first-generation college students. The Promising Scholars program fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion on our campus. Students eligible for the Promising Scholars program are invited to apply and interview. Participation in the Promising Scholars program is based on a successful interview. Students who become part of the program and are eligible for the Board of Governors scholarship will be notified of the award.
Board of Governors Scholarships are also offered as part of the Honors College awards. Please see below for information on how to apply to be a member of the Cook Honors College.
