Technical Help
For technical support on computer issues related to your course, contact the IT Support Center by filling out the form at ihelp.
Be sure to provide:
- The term, prefix (such as CRIM), number (such as 101), and section (such as 001)
- The specific technical problem
- The text of any error messages
Help tickets are answered by IUP IT Support during normal business hours 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, but after-hours and weekend support for Desire2Learn is also available at 1-877-325-7778.
