How do you define the divine? Panelists including IUP doctoral students and faculty from diverse backgrounds will discuss how cultures can define the divine through spiritual and secular perspectives from around the world.
The presentation will feature rare books and manuscripts available for research in the IUP Special Collections and University Archives.
Speakers will talk about their cultural beliefs and how these invaluable resources that date back to more than 4,000 years ago reflect upon divine symbolism in art, literature, and philosophy from across millennia.
