Most students in college are transitioning from adolescence to adulthood, which can be a daunting process that comes with a variety of “what if” questions such as: Who am I? What do I value and stand for? What are the types of people I want in my life?

The answers to these questions may be difficult for many individuals to reach. Not having an established framework of identity and criteria for who you want to be can leave you feeling a little hopeless and lost at times.

This program has been designed to help you figure out your own identity and work through a toolkit with us that allows you to continue this process throughout your life. You will learn about the stages of identity, why it is important to establish an identity, and how doing so can help you manage your mental health and well-being.
