Chef Arnold Ivey is the executive chef at the Iron Rock Tap House in Greensburg, Pa. He will share his stories of the challenges of being a Black chef in the culinary field in the late 1990s and what it took to be the best.
Chef Ivey will also share how his education, his experience at IUP, and his opportunity on the Food Network prepared him for the next level in his career.
