This suite-style residential building offers two styles of living units: (1) a four-bedroom suite in which each student has his/her own bedroom, and (2) a two-bedroom suite in which two students share each bedroom.
All Living Center suites have a living room area with couch, armchair, TV stand (TV not provided), end table and coffee table, a microwave and full-size refrigerator, and two bathrooms.
Located in a newly renovated historic building in downtown Punxsutawney, the Fairman Centre houses classrooms and a residential living area exclusively for culinary students. High ceilings, tall windows, and stained glass are some of the features from the original building that were preserved in the renovation and incorporated into the residential housing design.
Residential rooms in the Fairman Centre are semi-suites in which two students share one bedroom. All semi-suites have a microwave, compact refridgerator, and one bathroom.
Fairman residents also have use of a resident-only common area with a full-size refridgerator, couches, table and chairs, flat-screen TV, computer, restroom, and vending area.
On-campus housing is limited* and is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after the signed housing contract and deposit is received.
Housing contracts are mailed beginning in early spring to admitted culinary applicants who have paid the $150 deposit.
