Sadie Miller became a member of the Criminology Department faculty in 2014. Her main research areas are centered on victims of crime, the etiology of victimization and revictimization, and gender differences in victimization. In addition, Miller is also interested in the dynamics and effectiveness of interactions in the college classroom, the dilemmas that arise when teaching college students, and the techniques and practices that can help alleviate negative outcomes in the classroom setting. Her work has been published in the Journal of Interpersonal Violence, the Journal of Criminal Justice Education,the International Criminal Justice Review, the Journal of Aggression and Conflict, Peace Research, and the Journal of Victimology and Victim Justice.
