      2. Verify your name and address (Personal Information tab).
      3. Apply for graduation (Academics tab)
      4. Confirm your attendance to attend the Graduate Commencement Ceremony.
        1. An overnight process needs to occur after you apply for graduation before you will be able to confirm your attendance.
        2. You must confirm your attendance to ensure that you will have a line-up card and seat reserved for the ceremony.
        3. December and January graduates are invited to participate in the December Commencement Ceremony.
        4. May and August graduates are invited to participate in the May Commencement Ceremony.
    2. Visit or call the Co-Op Store to order your master’s or doctoral regalia (cap, gown, and hood). You can also purchase graduation announcements, diploma frames, etc. If you have not done this already, please do so as soon as possible.
    3. Clear financial obligations with the Office of the Bursar.
    4. Watch the video on how to wear your master’s hood.
    5. Participate in the IUP Graduate Commencement Ceremony. You must arrive dressed in your master’s regalia.
    6. Diploma will be mailed two to six weeks after your last term of attendance, after degree conferral.
    7. Transcripts can be ordered through the Office of the Registrar.
      1. To ensure your degree is included on the transcript, check “hold for degree” on the paper transcript request form. The transcript will be sent as soon as the degree is awarded.
      2. If your degree is not needed on the transcript, order using any of the four options provided on the Registrar’s Office website.
