Jamie Timms is a talent acquisition managerfor Enterprise Holdings, operating Enterprise, Alamo, and National Rent-A-Car in the Pittsburgh group. She is a 1999 graduate of Westminster College with a BS in biology and secondary education. Ms. Timms started in the Management Training Program in March 2000. Within her first year as a rRental representative, she was promoted to assistant manager. After three months in office management, she was promoted to recruiting supervisor as of June 2001.She was then promoted to recruiting manager inJanuary 2010 and, with the acquisition of Alamo and National, she became the talent acquisition manager overseeing all hiring and selection in the Pittsburgh group.
Ms. Timms has been recruiting and interviewing for the past 15 years. During this time she has been recognized as a Featured Employer for Penn State Fayette-Eberly Campus and was presented with the Distinctive Effort Award from the University of Pittsburgh. She has served on the California University Advisory Board for the last 15 years. Her roles have varied at Cal U and included vice chair, chair, past chair, executive board member, and advisory board member. She has also been a member of the advisory board at Penn State Fayette, Duquesne, and Pitt and is currently involved with IUP's advisory board. Ms. Timms is also actively involved with the PennACE organization, where she has served as the grants chair, professional development member, Student of the Year member, conference committee chair, and conference presenter.
