Rebecca Lamperski serves as senior director of Learning and Development/Sales for Comcast University, the learning and development organization for one of the world's leading media, entertainment, and communications companies. In this role, she partners across Comcast Spotlight on the design and implementation of training and development programs on an enterprisewide basis. She works closely with Comcast Spotlight to drive results, to grow employees, and to achieve business goals through the training programs her team develops and conducts.

Ms. Lamperski joined Comcast University from Comcast Spotlight, where she grew her career for 14 years as regional account executive, regional sales manager, director of Sales, and for six years as senior director of Sales, setting sales strategy and team development for a sales group of 75 employees.Prior to Comcast Spotlight, she was the manager of New Business Development for Comcast Cable Advertising Sales and the photoclassified cdvertising sales manager at Cable Adcom. Rebecca had 17 years' experience of developing and training award-winning sales teams prior to joining Comcast University.

In 2009, CableFAX Magazine named Ms. Lamperski "Salesperson of the Year," and, in 2007, Rebecca was selected to participate in Comcast's Executive Leadership Forum.

Ms. Lamperski holds a Master in Business Administration from St. Joseph's University and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Rebecca is a certified professional coach with the International Coach Federation, graduating from Duquesne University's Coach Certification Program. Rebecca also has a specialty in team/systems coaching and has completed a five-course program with CRR Global on Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching. She is the author of the book Full Bloom; Planting the Seeds for your Future, a gardening analogy about achieving your life dreams. Rebecca resides in Sewickley, Pa. with her husband and two daughters, and enjoys coaching soccer teams, exercising, and reading in her free time.
