Jessica Bruccoliere is the senior manager of financial planning and analysis at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, the largest U.S. aerospace defense contractor, in Ft. Worth, Texas.

Throughout her 14-year career, she has worked at six different Lockheed Martin facilities in five states. Jessica has participated in both their Financial Leadership Development Program and their executive Finance Leadership Academy. She received her MBA from Temple University in Philadelphia.

Jessica has held positions of progressive responsibility and management in all areas of corporate accounting, financial analysis, and leadership. She has a proven record developing and improving processes and operational controls that increase the division's efficiency. She successfully implements strict controls, maximizes internal resources, and creates innovating leading-edge business processes.

She is responsible for the day-to-day execution of all financial management activities of the program, including the development of strategies necessary to achieve program goals. She routinely advises business directors on all business issues affecting the programs, and ensures the contracts have sound financial baselines.Bruccoliere develops and maintains the long range plan for all financial and labor base related requirements. She provides fiduciary oversight and develops, flows down, and tracks program targets in order to meet the company's objectives.

Bruccoliere is well versed in establishing collaboration across business functions to achieve financial goals. She is the interface with the customer as required for Lockheed Martin business activities. She has exemplary leadership skills with problem solving capabilities and the proven ability to achieve successful closure of complex assignments with multiple parties and multiple objectives.

Bruccoliereresides in Mansfield, Texas with her husband, two children and her dog. New to Texas, she enjoys exploring the state and the many different activities it has to offer. She and her family enjoy returning to Pennsylvania to spend time with family and friends as well, but are happy to leave before it snows.
