Donald F. Yeager is currently a senior vice president and retail banking group head at 1st Summit Bank, a $900-million bank headquartered in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Don has been employed with1st Summit Bank for 13 years and has over 32 years in the banking industry.
Don's primary responsibilities at1st Summit Bank are directing their 15 community offices, deposit performance, and sales and business development. Prior to 1st Summit Bank, he spent the first 20 years of his banking career at FNB of Pennsylvania where he learned banking from the ground up, working in such areas as data processing, collections, lending, and branch management before becoming a regional manager.
Don is a long-time board member of the United Way of the Laurel Highlands, serving on its finance committee and as chair of the campaign committee. He is also on the United Cerebral Palsy board of directors and serves as a member of IUP's Eberly College of Business Advisory Council.
Don is a graduate of the Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking in addition to completing numerous other banking-related courses, seminars, and conferences.
Don resides in Duncansville, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Lynn, and their two sons.
