Vice President/COO/Senior Financial Analyst

Ralph
Phillips is the vice president, COO, and senior financial analyst of RTS Global Consulting, LLC.
Prior to forming RTS, Phillips was president and founder of KFS Global Consulting, a firm specializing in the
intricacies of international finance and economics. He is recognized as an expert in the fields
of strategic and operational planning, business management and continuation, government-NGO-private company contracting, customer and supply chain relationship management, dispute resolution through arbitration and mediation, and advanced marketing and advertising.
Phillips specializes in designing and implementing turnkey solutions—from
initial assessment to funding intricacies and strategic development—for the
clients and business partners of RTS
Global Consulting. In addition, he
supports their customer base in emerging markets, governments, and corporations
by developing and implementing customized programs through their international
network of world class experts.
From
1995 through 2011, Phillips was president and chief executive officer of Kensington Financial Services, Inc., a national
investment advisory firm. Kensington Financial provided fully customized,
comprehensive Life Planning Services to a select customer base using
proprietary, in-house developed platforms.
Phillips is chairman of the board of trustees
for the Lora Phillips Foundation Trust, a nonprofit organization that provides
scholarship assistance to college and university students in western
Pennsylvania, and a current member of IUP’s Eberly College of Business Advisory Council.
As a five-year member of the New Kensington Area Rotary Club, Phillips served
as a member of the board of directors, chaired numerous committees, and, during
his tenure as club president, was awarded Club of the Year honors by Rotary
District 7300 in 2000.
Phillips attended Penn State University
and IUP.
He is a member of Leadership Alle-Kiski Valley Class V and served as a board member for that organization for more than 10 years, serving as board chair for two. He is a past
member of the New Kensington, Allegheny Valley,
Kittanning, and StrongLand chambers of commerce. He currently serves on the City
of New Kensington’s
Zoning Hearing Board and is a past member of the Burrell Area Rotary Club.
Phillips is a founding member of the New Kensington
Business Association and, in 1999, was named by the Valley News Dispatch as one
of 10 Under-40 Future Leaders. He is
also a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, and he is a past
member of the Community Advisory Board for Alcoa
Technical
Center in New Kensington.
Phillips is a lifelong resident of western Pennsylvania and currently resides in New Kensington with his wife,
Stephanie, and daughters, Madison and
Morgan. In his free time, Ralph enjoys public service, motorcycles, music, and reading.
