Jason
Rising joined PNC Bank in 1996 and was primarily responsible for
marketing, originating, structuring, and documenting PNC’s securitization
products along with managing ongoing securitization relationships.
Other responsibilities included interaction with rating agencies,
transaction analysis, and credit underwriting. He gained significant
transaction experience across many asset classes, including trade
receivables, student loans, and sports related assets.
In
2014, Mr. Rising transitioned to a new role as underwriting executive,
managing PNC’s credit underwriting groups with coverage that includes
insurance, asset manager, broker dealer client coverage, finance and
leasing, and securitization of financial assets (including auto loan,
equipment finance, container leasing, and capital commitment
structures).
Mr.
Rising holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Indiana University of
Pennsylvania and received the chartered financial analyst designation in
2003. He holds both the Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses.
