Eric graduated from IUP in 2006
with a degree in small business management and entrepreneurship and completed
his MBA in 2007. Eric worked in the IUP Small Business Development Center and
taught courses in small business management and entrepreneurship in the Eberly
College of Business and Information Technology.
After three years of teaching and
consulting in the Eberly College, he accepted a position in July 2010 as the
Adult Education coordinator in charge of post-secondary programs at the Indiana
County Technology Center. He spent five years learning how to manage
people, balance budgets, and drive sales.
In September 2015, Eric was appointed
executive director of ICTC. Under his leadership, the ICTC was named one of the
top performing schools in the state. ICTC was also named Indiana County’s
Employer of the Year for 2017.
In May 2018, Eric was appointed executive director of the Greater Altoona Career and Technology Center, one
of the largest centers of its kind in Pennsylvania.
