Since you know the expertise of IUP faculty better than your student does, you will probably have to suggest some possible members.
At least one of the readers must be from the Asian Studies Program, and both may be.
However, the third member can be any member of the IUP faculty, administration, or professional staff, or anyone from outside the university who has the expertise and willingness to read the thesis and participate in the oral defense.
