Writing Center to be Renamed

The IUP Writing Center will be renamed on Friday, October 16, to the Kathleen Jones White Writing Center, thanks to a generous endowment given in memory of Mrs. Jones White (1934–2006).

Rafoth Publishes on “Multilingual Writers and Writing Centers”

Ben Rafoth, professor of English and director of the IUP Writing Center, recently published Multilingual Writers and Writing Centers. The book explores how writing center directors and tutors can better prepare for the growing number and diversity of one-to-one conferences with multilingual writers and tutors.
