    The Writing Center’s main campus location is 218 Eicher Hall. Eicher is located on Grant Street between Wallwork Hall and the smokestacks. 

    Walk-ins are welcome here—no appointments needed!

    Hours

    Monday through Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
    Friday:
     9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

    • A quiet, comfortable computer lab
    • Trained peer tutors ready to help you with a paper
    • Computers that run the Microsoft Office and Adobe Master Collection suites
    • A black and white printer
    • A scanner
    • A small library of reference books (e.g. APA 6th edition and MLA 7th edition)
    • Sample resumes and CVs

    The Writing Center - Library Satellite

    Location2: Library

    The Writing Centers Library Satellite is located on the first floor of Stapleton Library in the green booths behind the Reference Desk.

    Walk-ins are welcome here—no appointments needed!

    Sunday: 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
    Monday through Thursday: 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

    The Online Writing Center

    Locations3: OWC

    You can get help with your paper online from a Writing Center tutor. Using the Online Writing Center means no downloads, no user account, no special training, and no hassles.

    Online sessions are conducted in WebEx, an easy-to-use conferencing tool that allows you to share your screen with a tutor. Using your computer’s microphone, you’ll discuss and revise your paper with a tutor’s help.
