To enroll in the 403(b) program, you must first contact the approved PASSHE 403(b) plan vendor of your choice and set up an account.
After you have set up your account, you will then need to contact Payroll Services at (724) 357-2510 and set up an appointment to sign a salary reduction agreement in order to begin payroll deductions.
