CMS Tip: Avoid Spaces in File Names

If you've ever tried to use Facebook to share a page or a news post from your site and the image doesn’t show up, the culprit might be a space in the filename. Facebook will not recognize an image (or other file types) that contain a space, and therefore will not display it when you share.

Updates to Holiday Website Workflow and Website Redesign Schedule

Website workflow will cease at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 18. Web maintainers may still work on the staging server and submit content; however, content submitted after that time will not be published until workflow resumes on Tuesday, January 12 (not Monday, January 11, as previously noted). To speed progress on the website redesign, the staging server will be shut down for the first week in January.
