National Day on Writing Carnival Set for Thursday, October 20

IUP Writing Across the Curriculum and the Kathleen Jones White Writing Center will host the National Day on Writing Carnival in the first floor lobby of the Humanities and Social Sciences Building from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The carnival is free, and students, faculty, and staff can engage with various campus organizations in writing-themed carnival activities.

Punxsutawney Campus Participates in Unique Writing Across the Curriculum Initiative

Punxsutawney students, faculty, and staff are participating in a unique program in which writing journals are used in classes across the campus as well as co-curricularly and in self-sponsored ways. This program may be the first in the nation to pilot a first-year writing journal.
