We have to send our visa applications individually to one of the Chinese consulates using a courier service.
My passport and airline reservations are taken care of, but I still have major packing to do—packing, unpacking, and repacking. You have to get the immunizations in different cycles, so I’m still doing that. And I’m still gathering money. The university gave me some, and hopefully I’m getting a scholarship—the new IUP International Educational Scholarship. And I’m begging family members to help fund my trip!
