Pre-Class Checklist

Our checklists will help keep you stay organized and on track to starting class.

Two History graduate students on campusPrior to the Semester Start:

  1. Contact your program coordinator for help with selecting your classes. Locate their name and contact information from our list.
  2. Verify enrollment by filling out the Enrollment Verification form.
  3. Complete your financial aid forms or locate financial support.
  4. Set up your e-mail and MyIUP accounts for access to student records, bills, and other administrative components to your education.
  5. Register for courses.
  6. Purchase books and supplies.
  7. Make any outstanding tuition fees and payments.
  8. Obtain your I-Card. Off-campus or online students can e-mail for instructions.
  9. Determine the level of Health Services you need.

For Students Living on Campus or Commuting to a Campus:

  1. Locate and make housing arrangements on-campus or off-campus.
  2. Familiarize yourself with the campus.
  3. Determine if parking on campus will be needed for you.
  4. Use the bus shuttle to get to campus and destinations around Indiana.
