Phase Two Orientation: Distribution of Books and Supplies (for students only)
- Report to the Fairman Centre at 10:00 a.m.
- The distribution process should take approximately two hours.
- This program is mandatory for all culinary students.

Phase Two Orientation Continued (for students only)
- All culinary students report to the Fariman Centre at 10:00 a.m.
- This program is mandatory.
- Pizza will be served for all students.
- Go to Phase Two FAQ for details on where to park, what to bring, and more.
Freshman Convocation at the Indiana Campus
- Freshman Convocation is an event for all incoming freshman
- All culinary students are encouraged to attend.
- Buses will leave the Learning Center on the Punxsutawney campus at 4:00 p.m.
- Dinner will be provided at the end of the event.

Classes Begin
- All culinary students report to the Learning Center (Punxsutawney campus) at 8:00 a.m.
- Wear your full uniform; if you have not received your full uniform by this time, you should wear black pants (no jeans), a white long-sleeve shirt, and black nonskid shoes.
