IUP’s beautiful main campus is located in Indiana, Pa., welcoming, safe, and friendly college town of about fifteen thousand people, an hour’s drive from Pittsburgh. Offering the advantages of a small town as well as access to the opportunities of a big city, Indiana is an ideal location to begin your international adventure.
IUP also offers many resources to help international students succeed. Among them:
- The Office of International Education serves many functions—chief among them: to help international students adjust to life in the United States and, specifically, at IUP.
More than a dozen international student organizations operate on campus, from the Bangladesh Association of IUP to the Latino Student Association. The various organizations foster a sense of community, provide an outlet for students to socialize, and also provide support for international students who have questions or concerns or just need someone to talk to.
