Culinary Open Houses
Open House is our most extensive visit program! Enjoy demos, food tastings, ice carving, and more while you talk with many students and chef instructors in both the culinary and baking and pastry programs. Open House is offered one Saturday per month in October, November, March, and April. Check for dates or register for a visit.
Weekday Tours
Our Weekday Tour is a sweet visit program! You will learn about both culinary arts and baking and pastry arts while you are treated to sweet samples from our second-year baking and pastry classes. This tour is offered on select weekdays from September through April. Check for dates or register for a visit.
Summer Weekday Tours
Available during June, July and August, Summer Weekday Tours give you all the information about our programs while you sample sweet and savory foods created by our first-year advanced baking and advanced garde manger students. Check for dates or register for a visit.
Culinary Small Group Visits
Open Houses and Weekday Tours are the best way to talk to lots of faculty members, students, alumni, and staff. But, if our visit dates just don’t work for you, give us a call at 800-438-6424 or send an e-mail to culinary-arts@iup.edu. We have weekday small group tours available.

High School Group Tours
Are you a high school teacher or counselor with students interested in studying culinary arts? We can schedule your group during the Fall or Spring semester for a Group Buffet Tour or for a Saturday Open House.
