Apply On Line (In order to submit an electronic application, you must pay the application fee by credit card. IUP accepts MasterCard and Discover.)
Apply on Paper Download a printable application. (Note that these are PDF files. You will need a copy of the free Adobe Reader to open and print them.)
Please note, the class beginning in Fall 2009 is currently full. Applicants for 2009 who meet our enrollment requirements will be placed on a waitlist and offered admission as seats become available.
