Transcripts must be sealed by the registrar and remain sealed until their arrival at IUP's School of Graduate Studies and Research. Transcripts may be sent directly from the Office of the Registrar or included with your application materials. IUP undergraduates are not required to submit official transcripts for degree(s) earned at IUP.
