University Testing Services is responsible for administering standardized testing at IUP. Both paper and pencil examinations and computer-based exams are offered.
Note: You must have a valid (unexpired) government issued photo ID (e.g. driver's license, passport, military ID) and any other documentation required by the testing company to be admitted for testing. Please refer to the company policy specific to your exam before arriving at the testing center.
All computer-based exams are administered in Pratt Hall, Suite 107. Pratt Hall is located at the intersection of Pratt Drive and School Street.
If you are using the built-in map app on your phone, do NOT enter the 201 Pratt Drive street address—it will take you to another location on campus. Instead, please search for Pratt Drive and School Street, and it will guide you directly to the building.
Driving Directions and Parking Information
University Testing Services provides certification and licensure testing for IUP students and the general public.
Computer-based tests are administered year-round in the University Testing Center, located in Pratt Hall, Suite 107.
LSAT, ACT and the Foreign Language Competency Test are offered as paper-based exams on specific dates throughout the year.
IUP University Testing Services proctors exams for IUP students and community members who are taking online courses at another college or university.
Computer/Internet-based exams and traditional paper-based exams can be proctored at the University Testing Center.
