Instructional Strategies: Technology (ISTE)

These technology standards are taken from those created by the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE). They are known as the National Educational Technology Standards (NETS) for Teachers.

Assessment and Evaluation
Apply technology in assessing student learning of subject matter using a variety of assessment techniques 
Planning and Designing Learning Environments and Experiences
Design developmentally appropriate learning opportunities that apply technology enhanced instructional strategies to support the diverse needs of learners.
Productivity and Professional Practice
Use technology resources to engage in ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
Social, Ethical, Legal, and Human Issues
Model and teach legal and ethical practice related to technology use 
Teaching, Learning, and the Curriculum
Facilitate technology-enhanced experiences that address content standards and student technology standards.
Technology Operations and Concepts
Demonstrate introductory knowledge, skills, and understanding of concepts related to technology
