Assistantship Sign-Up Process

The Graduate Assistantship Sign-Up Process is described below:

Graduate assistantship job descriptions will be posted on this website. Shortly before Visitation, you will be e-mailed abbreviated assistantship descriptions to preview before the Visitation event and bring along with you.

Prior to Visitation, you will be sent a survey to indicate your top six preferences, and we will work to pre-schedule up to four interviews from your list. There will also be an opportunity on Sunday for you to sign up for additional interviews.

Please Note: It is possible that some assistantship positions will no longer be available and some new positions will have been added since you last checked the SAHE website. During the Sunday afternoon check-in period, you will have the opportunity to review descriptions from all current assistantships available.
