Organization Recognition Packet: Individuals seeking recognition for an organization at IUP must develop a constitution and have it approved by the Student Government Association Rules Committee and the Center for Student Life.
Organization Recognition Update Form for Current Organizations: Recognized Organizations must file the Organization Recognition Form with the Center for Student Life.
IUP Safety Planning Form for Campus Events: This form is submitted prior to the planning of any campus event that requires safety considerations due to the size and/or nature of the event.
IUP Request-Registration for Use of Outdoor Campus Space for Solicitation: This form is used to request and/or register outdoor campus space for any form of solicitation: commerical (selling of goods-services for profit), noncommercial (campaigning, lobbying, religious or cultural association), fund-raising for noncommercial purposes (fundraising by a non-profit group).
IUP Request - Registration for Use of Outdoor Campus Space for Activities - Events - Banners: Excel form to requst the use of outdoor campus space for activities, events, or banners. Completed form can be emailed, faxed, or delivered to the Center for Student Life per instructions on the form.
