Never has it been more clear that the health of the housing market is integral to the local economy. When the housing market crashed, so did the economy. What have we learned about the housing market, and how it is constituted in the wake of the foreclosure crisis? Is market growth in supply balanced with local demand characteristics? Are we maximizing the economic generating power of investment in housing?
