The Entertainment Network sponsors the February 2 lecture by Frank Warren, founder of PostSecret.
“You will find your answers in the secrets of strangers.” When Frank Warren, founder of PostSecret, went to Paris in 2003, he did more than just travel—he had a dream that would change the way he thought about healing forever. His dream about writing messages on postcards spurred him to write his own creative postcards. In January 2004 he started the “reluctant oracle” project, a project in which he created and released a new artistic postcard with a message on it to be discovered by people serendipitously. This weekly project led to the creation of PostSecret, which encourages people to anonymously mail secrets on artistic postcards as a way to promote healing for themselves and others. Warren will share his journey of discovery, finding ways of healing for strangers by strangers.
