The Indiana Community University Collaborative (ICUC) is an informal organization made up of a wide range of local stakeholders with a mission to recognize, mobilize, and celebrate student residents as local community assets and promote their development as community members. The ICUC Neighborhood Ambassadors Program is designed to foster leadership development, especially servant leadership, while also enhancing the student community relationships. The program provides student to student education regarding community expectations for off-campus conduct and increased sensitivity to residents' concerns.
