    SECA provides several ways to make a tax-deductible contribution to the charity(ies) of your choice: payroll deduction, check, money order, or credit card.

    Again this year, IUP employees can make a pledge via the ESS employee portal. Use your regular log-on to enter the portal, then access the SECA link by clicking on the “Benefits” tab. Using the ESS portal for your pledge enables you to contribute to 10 different charities. The SECA page has a link to the SECA Resource Guide that lists all of the charities available through SECA. You will need to enter the four-digit “Designation Code” and the four-digit “Designation Ext”. The form will populate the name of the charity after you enter the amount per pay and hit return. 

    If you wish to submit a hard copy, follow this link to either print or download a PDF version of the pledge form, which you may print, sign, and send via campus mail to the College of Health and Human Services, Attn: Mark Correia, Room 215, Zink Hall. If you cannot access the form, please send a message to Teresa Tate Roumm at ttate@iup.edu or call her at 724-357-2555. The hard copy pledge form limits your donation to four charities. If you choose to donate by check, money order, or credit card you will need to use the hard copy pledge form. The complete list of charities is available in the SECA Resource Guide.

    Note: Employee ID# is the number listed on your pay statement.

    Gifts made through payroll deduction will begin with the first pay period in January 2017. All pledges must be made by October 28, 2016.
