The State Employee Combined Appeal (SECA) is the annual charitable giving campaign for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania employees. The 2013 SECA campaign kicked off on September 9 and runs through November 1, 2013.  New for 2013 will be the ability to make a pledge via the ESS employee portal.

The theme of this year’s campaign is “Walk in Their Shoes.” We all have different reasons for giving and causes we care deeply about. With nearly 1,400 nonprofit agencies participating in SECA, you can easily find organizations whose missions align with your personal values serving local, regional, national, and global needs and causes.

Those donating $4/week or $208 per year to the Indiana County United Way or one of their participating agencies will qualify for their incentive prizes.

Supporting charities through payroll deduction makes giving easier and less painful. 
How Do I Give?
SECA provides several ways to make a tax-deductible contribution to the charity(ies) of your choice: payroll deduction, check, money order, or credit card.
