SECA: State Employee Combined Appeal

SECA is the State Employee Combined Appeal, through which IUP and other commonwealth employees make charitable gifts through payroll deduction or outright donations.

The appeal is conducted in the autumn months, so that arrangements for payroll deductions can be made in time for the new calendar year’s first pay period.
