Objective
The Purchasing Services office actively solicits responsible vendors with whom to do business. When feasible and in the best interests of the University, business is kept local. However, to maintain impartiality and to follow good purchasing practices, business is solicited from vendors within the Commonwealth as well as the entire United States. In all cases, the Purchasing staff acts as the liaison between the business enterprises and the university. Purchasing Services is here to serve our university customers.
