How to Claim Your New Mailbox Number

  • First, a quick explanation of the process ...

    All campus residence post office box numbers are assigned by the  Office of Housing, Residential Living, and Dining, not the  University Post Office. In order to obtain an IUP residence post office box number, you must do the following: 

    1. Log in to MyIUP
    2. Visit the Personal Information page.
    3. Under the Personal Information section, select Mailbox information.
    4. Select Display Your Mailbox Information.

    Your information will be then sent to the  University Post Office, where a combination will be assigned to your designated postal box number. Please allow a few days for this process to be completed.
